Resetting Q5 AdBlue warning with OBDeleven?

Driving a 2019 Audi Q5 and the AdBlue countdown refuses to go away. I've already topped off the fluid but nothing resets. Considering OBDeleven to clear the fault before I hit 50 miles left. Has anyone used it successfully for this?

Yeah, OBDeleven should absolutely do the trick. I've used it on a 2018 Q5 and a buddy's 2019 when the adBlue warning wouldn't clear after a full top off. The countdown gets stuck sometimes even if the system is reading the tank correctly, lol typical VAG nonsense.
When you're in OBDeleven, look under Control Unit 1 (Engine) ....basic settings and run the "reset SCR lock" or adBlue refill adaptation depending on your software version, it might take a couple ignition cycles afterward, but it usually clears right up.

That detailed walk-through is an absolute lifesaver. I was starting to sweat with that countdown ticking away and your instructions gave me a clear battle plan. I appreciate you confirming other tools can do the job too. Going to give this a shot right now.

You're right...

@Ian-was-here
just make sure the tank is properly filled first.

This is a late update but wanted to close the loop and thank you all for the input. @burnaboy'sboy your instructions were perfect the OBDeleven 'reset SCR lock' function cleared the fault after 2 ignition cycles. The countdown has been gone for almost a month now with no issues.
