Haven't done the upgrade myself, mostly because I've heard mixed results, some of the aftermarket touchscreen kits look slick, but I've read about issues with laggy interfaces, poor integration with the factory controls, and even losing some OEM features like backup camera lines or steering wheel button functionality
Dare I say, I've been tempted, but honestly, I'd rather stick with the stock MMI for now unless there's a better option that doesn't compromise the rest of the system
