screen blacks out a few seconds

I just picked up a brand new 2024 audi q5. On Friday, my screen just went blank while I was driving but I could still my music playing. I shrugged it off and thought it was temporary. But earlier today, the screen blacked out twice within maybe 20 minutes. Has anyone experienced this? What can I do aside from taking it to the dealer? I'm hoping it will be a quick fix and something I can handle so I can learn more about my car. Thanks!

Have you tried a soft reset, hold the power button for 10 seconds until the screen reboots. If it keeps happening, it's likely a software glitch, and the dealer should update the firmware

Right... Its likely a software glitch with the MMI system. If that doesn't help or the issue keeps happening, its best to take it to the dealer since the car is under warranty, and they may have a software update or patch. Its probably not a major issue, but worth getting checked to avoid longterm problems.
