Self-leveling headlights confusing behavior

I just noticed that my 2022 SQ5's self-leveling headlights are way too high on low beam. Is that normal? I don't think so because I'm constantly flashed and high beams are useless (high beams to the sky? Wtf?). Anyone else dealt with this? Is it a sensor issue or something worse?

Maybe the auto-leveling sensor is out of whack, or perhaps the initial calibration is off?
Those are known issues for some VAG cars but it shouldn't be taken as normal!
I'd get it into the dealer to have them recalibrate the headlights, or check the leveling sensors.
It should be a pretty quick fix!

How's the ride height looking, have you changed your suspension recently or loaded the rear heavily, maybe throwing off the leveling sensor?
