Tyres for my Audi Q5

Seems like it's hard for my Audi Q5 to get new tyres because of my poor memory. They're on wear limit, also due and MOT at the end of the week! I never changed tyres before (usually my ex did it), but I've done a little research and found out that Hankooks and Goodyear may be the best options.
I'm curious, do we have to go with the Audi approved tyres or any tyres in the right size are actually okay? I'm planning to put the rears on the front and the new tyres will be on the back. Is this a bad idea? Any suggestions, comments, or insights are welcome.

As for tyres, you don't have to go with Audi-approved ones as long as they're the right size and meet the necessary ratings (load, speed, etc.). Then in swapping old rears to the front, I've heard mixed things. Some say it's best to have the new ones in the back for stability, but others swap them around with no issues. I guess it depends on how worn they are.
